Quick Oven Baked Salmon

Salmon is one of my favorite foods, and I always try to play around the flavors and spices. But this is one of my go-to recipes to make a simple, easy salmon that requires minimal ingredients. Enjoy!

Quick Oven Baked Salmon

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 6-oz salmon fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Drizzle the bottom of an oven safe dish with olive oil
  3. Place salmon fillets in the dish skin side down & squeeze the juice of one lemon over them.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, & paprika
  5. Cut up butter into small pieces and place on top of the salmon
  6. Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes

    This little salmon recipe was wonderful. Had it for dinner tonight with some sautéed spinach and wild rice! It really hit the spot

    Yup, this is my kind of salmon, I love most all meat put on a bed of spinach. Looks so pretty also.
